An answer machine will take messages when office is busy. Out of season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and March the telephone may be answered but all messages left will be answered within 48 hours. DEPOSIT: A deposit is required on booking. A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. 1 - 5 night booking requires full pitch fee as a deposit. 6 - 13 night booking requires a £110 deposit. 14 - 21 night booking requires a £200 deposit. Any outstanding balance is payable on arrival. No refund for late arrival, cancellation or early departure, and no transfer of dates. BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: Any booking that includes a Bank Holiday weekend must book for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. PAYMENT: We accept most Debit and Credit cards. No charge for using a Debit card but there is charge for using a Credit card. All payments are accepted over the telephone. RECEIPTS: Only sent on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
